After moving to Santa Rosa in Sonoma County, I have shown my work extensively and have been awarded honors at juried shows i.e., Santa Rosa Guild, Small Works Show, Watercolor Artists of Sonoma County, National League of American Pen Women’s National Art Show in Virginia and Nor Cal Biennial Shows, Lake Powell Art Show, American Canyon, Kendall-Jackson Winery, Seasons of Sonoma Bouverie Audubon Preserve, as well as non-juried shows, i.e., Sonoma County Fairs, Harvest Fairs, St. Supery Winery, Gallery One, Marin Society of Artists, Joe’s in San Rafael, Cline Cellars Winery, and Golden Gate University.

Afterword: In the last 21 years I have lived in the heart of the Sonoma Valley Wine Country where visual art flourishes beyond all of my expectations, and I have been free to devote much of my time to painting. I paint in my studio and in plein air using watercolors, acrylics and pastels. I have experimented extensively with encaustics, silk dyes and photo image and emulsion transfers.
