Making pictures has been my hobby since early childhood, and a
few years ago painting outdoors became my passion.
I was born and raised in New York City where I was fortunate to
have had access to many wonderful museums, galleries, art
schools and artists of all types of different mediums. In NYC,
I attended the School of Visual Arts as well as the Art Students’
League. I now continue to participate in various workshops with
the hope of improving my skills as a plein air painter.
I am a member of Art Workshop of Western Sonoma County,
the Petaluma Arts Council and have participated in several local
art shows.
Living in Northern California, I am especially inspired to paint
the beautiful areas that surround us. Spending time outdoors
and observing nature up close is one of the best experiences
I’ve ever had.
